SHIPPING POLICY

YOU MAY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AFTER APPROXIMATELY 4-14 BUSINESS DAYS (depending on the location of the worldwide delivery).

INFORMATION ON THE REQUIRED DELIVERY

The information needed for shipping is your full name, address and telephone number. Please be informed that we can send your order by ZIP CODE address, and PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping. 

* Please ensure that you enter the address correct delivery and contact number. 

* Please wait 2-5 days for us to prepare the item.

* Tracking code will be sent to you when the shipping unit takes orders. The code will be available for tracking 24-72 hours after the order has been successfully scanned by the shipping unit.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIME

Economy (Default)

Economy method is the most cost-efficient form of ground shipping. It is best used with customers who aren’t in rush to get their product(s) delivered. Ship time ranges from 1-6 business days depending on proximity to Detroit, MI. 

Ground

Ground is UPS Ground, ship time is displayed in the map below which depends on proximity to Detroit, MI. 

If you choose Ground for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, you will automatically be upgraded to 2-day shipping. 

Cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Two-Day

The package will be delivered within two days of post-production. Cannot be delivered to a PO Box. 

Overnight

The package will be delivered standard overnight post-production. Cannot be delivered to a PO box. 

International

Ship time ranges from 1-2 weeks depending on proximity to Detroit, MI.

 

 

SHIPPING METHOD

Normally, we use DHL, FedEx and USPS as shipping method. But for some counties, we will use EMS as shipping method.

MONITORING METHODS

After your order is shipped, we will send tracking number and tracking website to you. There are two methods to get above information from us, 

1/ Visit our website and re-login to check the update status. 

2/ Check your e-mail to us send update status to your e-mail. Note: (If you can not check it immediately with the tracking no, please take more patience to wait a while).

NON-DELIVERY OR WRONG

We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address or incomplete. 

* If you’re refused to sign the order, we will charged 5% as handle fees, if the package has been restored several times after unsuccessfully delivery (due to you are absent or you provided a delivery address incorrect or incomplete us), we will need 30% shipping. 

* For customers who do not receive your parcel within 30 working days. Please contact the local post office as soon as possible. Still, you can check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website.

IMPORT TAX & DUTY

To avoid any taxes we specify low item value on the package. Sometimes import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on charges, please contact your country’s customs office.

RETURNS

Any brand-new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return.
Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note promotional Free items are also non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it is unused, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
